Lunch is from 11am to 3:45pm. Dinner starts at 4pm.

Sorry, I don't know. I went to dinner with friends and never checked. it's a pretty nice restaurant and not the kind of place I normally see it offered, but there is a bar area, so it's possible.
Gluten free menu
They might offer "options" but if your looking for a meal that is truly gluten-free. Be willing to risk it. My father is gluten intolerant and he can not eat here.
Rental charge for pvt room and catering?
A call to the restaurant would surely help....they do pvt room all the time so call ahead for reservations.
